Exact issue I'm having.
From what I have gathered from reading Telstra Crowd Support this afternoon, if you redeem the free offer on one device, it won't necessarily let you access the Live Pass on other devices or through the AFL website.
Apparently Fox Footy is now in HD for Foxtel Play. However, it's only available on Telstra TV. Rumor has it though, PS4/Xbox are soon to have Fox Play in HD.
$44 a month for ~30 of the good channels (including all the sports channels) . No lock in contract as well is great value as well as multiple devices and catch-up.
App only.So a question.......
Does AFL Live stream only on mobile devices with the AFL Live app, or can I stream on my pc (assuming AFL Live doesn't shit a brick that is)?
App only.
Does anyone know if this can be used OS and does it include the fox footy coverage that watchafl has?The Herald Sun have released what seems to be a pretty good deal for fanatics who read the HS, play Supercoach and want Foxtel Play.
It might be worth having a look at for those shitty with AFL/Telstra.
Is anyone else having trouble with the radio part of the AFL app on iPhone? Have tried to listen to live audio streams of JLT games but I find that when I navigate away from the app or my screen goes dark, the audio cuts out. It wasn't doing this last year. Has anyone had a response from the AFL about this? I presume it's a known issue because I've seen other people moaning about it but am yet to find a solution. I live in the UK so as far as I know I have no other way of listening to live audio of games except for via the AFL app.
Was anyone else able to listen to the radio on the AFL app once they locked their phone?
As soon as I locked mine it cut out.
Logged a call with the AFL after the first week when the bug was discovered. They said they would pass it on to their tech team to look into.
There was an update to the AFL app late last week and I was able to navigate away from the app/lock my screen again without the audio cutting out. So credit to the AFL for listening and fixing the bug. This was from an Android device.
Had the same issue on my laptop getting redirected to the international site.I just want to be able to watch match replays here in Aus but every time I try to get an AFL Pass it diverts me to the site where you have to be outside of Australia to watch.
Is there a fix for this?
I would suggest that anything outside of Oz and NZ will require use of the Watchafl.com.au service.Does anyone know if this can be used OS and does it include the fox footy coverage that watchafl has?
To me it reads like live games and garbage from HS without any additional features.
Thanks
Living outside of oz r u??Realising watchafl is really chewing through my monthly data and the comments about the app (which I used to have) aren't encouraging..... This is most certainly a disappointing situation.
Excellent quality yes but shits me to tears offering the girls games as the 1st option or the premier billing.......here a tip watchafl ( I know they be monitoring ) allow us to drop and drop or choose what content I want to see......there are some people not interested in watching womens footy.works really well (I don't live in Oz), love the way it remembers where you left off if you don't watch a complete game in one sitting, casting to the TVs perfect as well, no complaints at all here...YET!
VPN is your friend.Does anyone know if this can be used OS and does it include the fox footy coverage that watchafl has?
To me it reads like live games and garbage from HS without any additional features.
Thanks
whats the quality like?? experiencing bottle neck? Really interested as I may have to come to Oz again (unplanned)VPN.
Can confirm that despite the full screen issues on tablets, using a phone with chromecast still gives you full screen on your big screen tv. Picture quality still sucks but that's to be expected.
Not surprising, Apple has been behind for a long time now. That's interesting, because airplay onto Apple TV does not work
