Auskick is non contact too. There are heaps of kids playing it in WA. Some kids just aren’t built for the tackling and drop out in year 3-4 when it is not for them and they are old enough to convince Mum & Dad.Soccer is a relatively basic sport with no contact, unsurprising kids rather play it. Also factor in the mum types who dont want their kids being tackled which obviously happens in Aussie rules and rugby.
I don’t see them rushing into soccer afterwards. I recon the most participated unorganised sport for kids would be on a computer, does FIFA 22 count?
