Missing Adams and Sier for a bit of grunt.

My thoughts exactly. We evened it up a lot that quarter by getting on top of Kelly. Grundy was the difference because he brought others into it. Although it’s still not a midfield setup that makes me feel comfortable for tonight and until Adams returns.

Interesting to note for me is the interchange rotations. We’re 20% down on them at this stage and given the relative experience of the two teams I’d say that’s deliberate to try and outrun them as the game wears on. There’s been plenty of missed opportunities for both teams and we’ve been super aggressive with our ball movement in the back half so there’s certainly areas to tighten up. Defence is holding up well.

We have so many players in the bottom half of those stats that should be in the top 10.

DeGoey looks underdone too; perhaps that influenced Sier being left out?
