It’s quite sad really. Every rule they being in to try to open the game up and increase scoring doesn’t work once coaches work out defensive plans to counter it.

Yah they'd need to take numbers off the field and create more space. AFLx was dogshit but you saw how easily the ball moved with 10 blokes or whatever was on the field. Just gotta strike a balance maybe at 15.

AFL need to start getting real with the AFLPA and calling their bluffs to strike. Get a fat kitty together then let them strike. Bring in VFL players and see how long flogs like Danger can get by on peanuts.
