Same. That's pretty annoying. Ended up getting Level 1 undercover, so at least I got something.
Was 355 in queue, no Level 2 seats, so grabbed Level 1 Open. Was quite easy.
Any level 3 still left?

Yeah, as you say seems like you want to get in just as the countdown freezes, which was about 11:50am.

My second session I tried best available for a single seat (member) and it gave Q26.

Got in around 12:07 and got some Q21. Was hoping for 2A but this'll do. Ran through again on my kids memberships just to see what was left and only singles at this point by the looks.
Theres your issue you need to be in at 11:59 or next week when the odd corporate ticket gets re-released
