Yes. Have tried everything I can to fix this, nothing has. Very frustrating.

Happened to me yesterday was ready to go postal. Contacted Ticketek and they advised me the solution was to go to the ticket window before the game.

Work around I found was to open the ticket link in the confirmation email. That’s somehow tricked the app into working, could also open the ticket in the phone browser and screen shot the bar code. Lucky the confirmation email was still in my email rubbish bin.

Not good enough going to write strongly worded email, I buy 50 odd afl tickets every year and shouldn’t have to gerry-rig my own fixed

$15 for a pint is not unusual. I randomly picked the London in Richmond to look at - $14.50 a pint of Carlton.
These days it isn't.

Used to be a couple bucks cheaper than the Richmond pubs a few years back. Nowadays it's on par

AFL members bar update at Marvel. Schooner of Carlton 13 bucks. Spirits 14.50

The food is now a station where you get those roast beef rolls and whatnot.

There's a new guy on the door who had no idea about the digital tickets. The lady security guard is still there basically recognised me and we had a chat about the cards

have sent a message to ticketek, fully expect to be ignored or get a token robo-reply.

Anyone else have ongoing issues with there Ticketek wallet in the ticketek app just never working?
I forever get..

That was unexpected please try again

when I go to share tickets.
App is up to date, iPhone software up to date, it is just a totally shithouse app.
My iphone's fine, the apple wallet is pretty reliable in general, but we went down to Kardinia Park yesterday and it was an embarrassment.

This brand new stadium with really nice concourses and great viewing and a good country feel and then you can't even get in. everyone was having the same problem, too, the line for the J Selwood Stand was nuts.

The issue there though is the whole area shuts down. we went for a pint beforehand and couldn't load a single web page.

To be fair to ticketmaster, they are evil, but they're always quite accomodating when you go to the window. their system is pretty good too: first name, last name, print some fresh tickets, even quicker if you can manage to present the confirmation email. I felt a bit bad just walking up to the ticket window and getting sorted quickly while everyone else stressed out, so they might need to make that option more well known.

Few hiccups though, bunch of jobsworth tools and some paranoid Cats fans were trying to say my ticket was fake because 'we haven't had paper for years.' someone with some decency let us through but could've been a pretty ****ing shit experience if you didn't get that luck.

If they won't offer physical tickets and you can't even screenshot your ticket as a back up, then it surely evades some legal requirements. you're paying for something that is unreliable to be accessed. the ACCC need to get into these pricks and find a solution. there's plenty of systems in Europe that have anti-screenshot technology but don't require wifi.

Kardinia Park is a ****ing shithole full of backwards, cultish nuffs.

Hate the place with a passion

I like the old school v-line trip down.

Plus it's like, for a day, you can pretend to be someone who married some chick from school and has the same job they did at 21 and just watches the Cats every weekend and sees heaps of great players and flags.

Like a phantom world.

You're describing the experience of half the people I know, myself included. Throw in a half decent house for under $600k and you have the Australian dream!
