Yep in top 418% crows next 400%
Freo vs Dogs was certainly the highest standard game so far.
Dogs are flag favourites for a reason.
However I think our defensive unit can hold our own against any team.
Especially having Davey intercept and rebound back there. She is brilliant, stand out backwoman this round.

Yeh good insight erko also think we have an outstanding captain in arnell watching her the other night her leadership during the game ( & after too) was impressive

Full of blokes scared their place in the world is being threatened by a hyped AFL media promoting tokenism via a second rate competition?
Exactly. It's scary how many men are still threatened by women making a bit of progress. Now they're whinging about the "inevitable" day that the AFL mandates "a quota of female players in the men's teams".

My favourites are.
No one will watch: proved wrong.
Its because it's free. 25k people Took public transport or walked and then lined up, spending upwards of an hour there and back, then took the gamble to take them and their families to watch a game they didn't really care about for what? Because they didn't have to pay $5 dollars a head? Hilarious.
It's because of the media hype. It's been promoted for sure, but isn't that what people who put on events do? Did they want them to keep it a secret.
The standard is great: I'm not sure what they were expecting but with logic used by our own Heatlystand, it's important to realise, that at some point the game quality isn't really what bugging them.

Have enjoyed the games this weekend, the endeavour is great and the alignment with existing clubs create atmosphere and fanaticism.
I think with this much interest I hope the girls actually get paid some decent money to reward their effort.
Would be really disappointed if the girls putting on the spectacle are paid less then the umps
