You have the best coach the game has seen in decades free on the market, with 4 flags in 7 years. He wants to return to coaching in 2023. He played most of his career at your club.

You have had a coach for 2 seasons but see no large improvement since about round 17 of the previous year. He is a nice bloke but questions arise on if he has the ability to inspire the players and set a standard that will lead them to the next step of becoming a power side.

I can fill you in on some of that - I spoke to Sonja Hood after the Crows game in Hobart. They have already done the numbers on 11 home games in Melbourne - just a matter of what the AFL wants and what the Tassie vote is. There is no contract for 2023 and her words were we would like to bring the games back sooner rather than later.

a) Get Clarko
b) improve our performances
c) Draw half reasonable crowds
d) Move our games home
