It's all that matters I'd say. For example-

if it's another homophobic slur, then that's really bad for all concerned and likely lead to a suspension, the last thing we need right now

if it was an umpire who is not caucasian and it was a racial epithet of some kind, the guy's career is done.

if it was what it is 99.999989897% likely to be, and something like "argghh get f*cked! what is this dopey c*nt doin'?!?!" and one of those weasels that sit there counting interchange rotations thought they would get a cookie for being a good little snitch reported it, even the biggest North haters, even our red & black cousins over the road, would see it as a ridiculous beat up and it gets forgotten in 24 hours.

If you think hollering a few expletives equals anger issues you obviously walked a pretty different upbringing to me, fwiw i could be completely on the outer on this as well as a lot happens these days that amazes me, cant imagine what the next 10 years holds for me.

And to instil confidence of the benchwarmer reserve umpires who weren’t good enough for the game…both clubs will provide an offical to sit at a table with them during the match to discuss all things positive about the decisions whilst partaking in the time honoured tradition of high tea ……

Seriously journalists up north in the NRL must be pissing themselves with laughter at this HUGE News-story……

National competition 'n' all. Good onya.

The AFL will have to adopt a Game classification code much like with the movies.
G = girls only
M = Might be an occasional profanity
MA = F word frequency
R = Regular profanity and violence resulting from shit umpiring
X = Umpires decide the outcome of the game by awarding garbage frees
XXX = North Melbourne being touched by the AFL (again)

It's a given that North games will be Adult Only Entertainment and will commence at 9:30pm and will be broadcast on SBS

There was a period in the 2000s where just about every Grand Final would have an interview with an emotional winning player shortly after the final siren where they would say "ahh mate...this is just f*ckin...oh sorryy...this is just unbelievable mate". Somehow the Australian community survived, if memory serves the seas didnt boil and the skies didnt fall.

If this was his first expletive I would think it's no big deal, I agree anger issues is too harsh and not the right phrase in this situation so I take that back. But I can't think of the last time a coach has swore at an umpire, plus doing this while he has a 2 match suspended ban. He was also banned from his kid's junior football for yelling and getting in the face of a 15 year old umpire and that was over a decade ago, so it's a recurring issue. Agree with or not, in today's society a coach just can't act like that
