Yet it is probably not the worst back 6 selected for an AA side.
Having said that I haven't rated Glass's year as highly as the selectors (judging by the fact that he didn't make it near my top 50).
Would've been happy for him not to be selected but you can't complain when the accolades are thrown on your own captain.

Just cause he has a couple more goals doesnt mean he has been better than Rioli, Jetta and Betts, he hasn't and only 1 will likely make team, he was terrible for first third of season.

And yes because Dempster is a ridiculous suggestion, it makes you look clueless.

Very worthy selections. Dempster's season was slightly better than Radar's, who I reckon would have been the other pick for that spot. Dempster is a much better defender as well I reckon.

Yeah I'm not complaining, it's just a complete reversal of all the fanfare of last year. It would be nice if they did this for the Brownlow, it always drags like hell about half way when they add in all the other rubbish.

I reckon they've got it pretty spot on so far. You could argue a case for a number of players, but the 9 so far are all deserving.

I do feel for Demetriou though. Apparently one of the AA meetings went a bit over time.

Yeah my first thought was that it's been hijacked by the egos of journalists (which it has)

But at the end of the day interviews with players will be full of rubbish boring cliches. This is actually more interesting.
