No way was he beaten. He smashed his direct opponent in Cloke.
After Grimes went down with no Chaplin in the team he had too much to do in the backline. He didnt play a great game, but that was from his own errors, not being beaten.

Agreed. Range was nothing special Round 2. If he runs at 50% by the end of the year he won't be anywhere near the side.

Both Mitchell and Gibson were AA last year. Mitchell may have been on the bench twice, but regardless he is in the team.

Not sure if nic nat should be there, had a very poor game on the weekend.

Tom mitchells play is not a hell of alot different than last year. The only difference is now he has realised hes not an elite kick and isnt attempting to 65m goals or trying to thread a needle between defenders

He's been 3 time AA, only once on the bench despite what the previous poster said. Since 2011 he's been in it every year except 2014 and 2012, where he was in the squad. Also made the squad in 2007 and 2008.

He gets recognised.
