Scarlett's form dictates he simply must be there.

Since his poor first two weeks, he hasn't been beaten, and has destroyed some quality players like Neitz and Rawlings.

I'd also like to think that as pure CHB's go, Tom Harley would get serious consideration.

Yeah, don't think Michael has had more than 2 goals? Maybe Rocca?

Whereas 7 for Gehrig and 5 for Fevola is a few ;-)

Almost half of his goals come from outside 50 on tight angles... surely this would break the deadlock? 50/50 really.

This what you said.
Fevola marginally better than Hall.Which I strongly disagree.Barry is our main goal scoring option but runs up the field when our players can't get it to him.
Nothing against Fevola but I don't think he is in the same class as Barry.

Int. Green, Everitt, Ball, Hall

Probably forgotten someone obvious.

Opps, apologies. Looking back at the marks both players have taken, I changed my mind. Swap the two around please, as I will do with my post. ;)

And why isn't Fevola in the same class as Hall? Being third on the goalkicking ladder tells me that he is - including his sealer against the Crows, his wonderful kicking outside 50 and his matchwinning performances. And if you do watch a little bit more of Carlton, you will see that Fevola also works up the ground too.

Thrawn. I didnt mention Hall. I wouldnt have Hall in the AA team ATM.

I know you didn't mention Hall... I was taking example from other AA lists on this thread.

Wait until we get a top line midfield - may take a few years but Fevola is only 23. He is a step away from becoming a 100+ FF IMO.

I just think Fevola is not as consistent and as hard working as Barry.I admit I haven't seen much of Carlton but I did enjoy that wonderful victory over Collingwood.
I think Fevola is more brilliant than Barry and can kick bigger bags of goals but he is not as consistent. As to winning matches without Barry we would not have won a game and will not win another. He is vital to us.

Everitt and Neitz (moved onto Neitz after about 10 minutes).

But yes, an outstanding defender is Mal Michael.

And since then, he has kept Hall and Lloyd to 2 goals, Tredrea to 1, Neitz and Rawlings goalless.

Two bad weeks, followed by 9 outstanding ones.

Very good player ATM. Potential 100 a year player. But not there yet and certainly not AA after 11 rounds.

Sorry but no! Kerr is underrated anywhere out of WA, but he is not up to Judd's standard. You can argue your point all you like but its hard to take you seriously on this topic when your username is 'iluvedanielkerr' and you have your location as 'under daniel kerrs bed' .

Any person without a biased point of view would take Judd 99/100 times.

from a bombers point of view there are two certainties

mcphee and hird

maybe lloyd in a pocket, but think can only fit gehrig out of the ff.

lloyd has been better than fevola and hall though.

mcphee definently is a cert. 5 games at least where he has been in the top 3 on the ground. in rare touch.

Hall has clearly had a better 11 weeks than Lloyd.

Why McPhee, he has played well, and would appear to be quite improved

but only around 17 disposals a game, not a league leader in clearances or possessions or anything

and would be near the top of the league in giving away frees from what I have seen

don't see how that makes him an All Australian?

28 more marks,47 more disposals, LLoyd has 8 more goals but received 9 more free kicks.Hall has to work for his goals LLoyd gets quite a few given to him.

Thanks Barry. Add in that Hall is not a sook and doesnt stage for free kicks. Plus plays further away from goal and will always give off to someone in a better position.
