According to The Sporting News, AEW are likely to head to Australia next year for a big stadium show.
Marvel, Suncorp and Allianz are the stadiums being considered.

Sounds great but I think there’s no way they get close to selling out a Marvel stadium.
Agreed, all of those venues seem extremely optimistic to me. I was thinking more your NBL arenas.

Can't see them coming all this way for a non stadium show though.
Provided it's not in WA (purely due to travel cost) would be keen on going and making a trip of it.
I have a feeling this might be a BS report, but at the worst, it's positive rumours being put out there and gauges potential interest without committing to anything.

It would be a stretch for them to sell Marvel out I would have thought. Half or 3 qtrs probably but a full sell out would be a fair effort.
AEW attracts a big travelling crowd, especially for "special" shows. They'll be fine.
Can they beat a North Melbourne crowd? Doubtful

Hopefully they just do one city - the vast majority of AEW fans will travel and then they won't split their crowds.
