This is shockingly ignorant. Most things are never simple, especially when it comes to war and foreign affairs. If it makes you feel righteous pretending it really is the Goodies vs the Baddies go for it. I'd suggest America over throwing a democratically elected government is a bad thing too but nobody has passed judgement on that. I think the persecution of religions is evil and that is exactly what is happening in Ukraine. I also believe Nazis are abhorrent, yet they are ubiquitous in Ukraine and responsible for a lot of bloodshed long before Putin entered the picture.

I think that your advocacy of a 'different view' is vapid at best, possibly dangerous. People's opinions don't deserve respect or appreciation simply because they are 'different', and things like knowledge and evidence still matter.

Your views on Russia and the Cold War are bereft of anything tied to reason, and it should be called out.

You do understand the Ukraine is regarded as one of the most corrupt nations on the planet and as we speak Zelensky has been persecuting the Christians in Ukraine? He is no angel.

It is very messy. But when people simply watch Peter Hitchener and don their Ukraine flag tshirts they are simplifying a very complex and historically messy conflict where nothing is black and white or simply goodies vs baddies.

Relevance? Absolutely none. There is zero justification for Russia invading the Ukraine.

When the war was over they built a bloody big wall right through the middle of Berlin. Doesn’t sound much like an ally to me.
