Andrew McQualter's first game on the weekend

A 18yr old country boy and was our 1st pick in the draft last year.

Haven't seen him play before..
can anyone tell me anything to expect?

He is hard at, sums it up pretty quickly, good skills.

Early doors, but I expect that he will make a reasonable fist of it tomorrow.

i hope so. without harvey and jones we are seriously down on run out of the backline! we need somebody who can play either following or on the half back flank who runs the ball to our CHF line!

Great first game! really seemed to stand out in a few contests.
Best thing to come out of saturdays game! Look forward to seeing more of him.

L Ball, B Goddard, S Baker, L Hayes, N Riewoldt, N Dal Santo all played good games.

M McGough, A McQualter, J Blake, C Ackland, S Fisher all performed better than I expected of them.

McQualter's was a ripper of a debut. If he gets a few more games - he may even get a Rising Star nomination.

From an eagles supporters POV i thought he was very good along with eagles debutant Daniel McConnell.... Should both get games this week
