NQTIGER - can you confirm that you got an infringement for starting THIS thread?

i wrote a letter of complaint to the admin and they claim its all false and sent me the below in reply

hadley couldnt hit a target to save his life tonight, he was going to backwards, sidewards, he didnt know what was going on ... pfieffer is a VFL reserves player at best, he'll be delisted at seasons end ... grigg was terrible, hampson was far from the athlete parrot carries on that he is .. another hughes blunder that one ... murphy's only possesions were on the boundary - pure sheep dog !! scotland and stevens are to slow and cannot keep up with the pace of AFL anymore ... kruezer could well be the worst number 1 pick i have ever seen !!

There are problems with the Carlton mods though...Ask any opposition team.

Stay off their bloody board then. You have no rights there at all - nothing, nada, zilch.

I don't know why it's so hard to understand. Team boards are for that team's supporters. Each team board has the rules at the top. Read them and if you can't post without breaking them - go away.

If we have a fully fit Simmonds giving our guys first use of the ball, Carlton will be lost. If our quick guys take players on and deliver the ball super quick to the forward line at the top of the square the hands in the back rule plus hitting a few targets will give us a very healthy score. I think the Blues won't be able to contain us or keep up with guys like King , Tambling , Deledio , Newman , McMahon, Edwards as they rebound out of the back line.

My only hope is Richo can kick straight on the night, I'd hate to see the game go South through missed opportunity's or poor kicking from any of our players.

I'm right here and can take the crap you all want to dish out.

You see, some of us have a life away from BF, but looking at you all who post during the match, straight after the match, the day after the match, trying to bait others just shows how poor things must be at Punt Rd.

The funniest thing is after RFC extremely poor showing against the StKilda under 12's no RFC fans were seen here on BF, as soon as Carlton lose you are on here in droves even before the game finished.

The thing with Carlton is they at least showed something, our youngsters came to the front, Stevens was great (which will worry Solarium no end, how do you stop Judd and Stevens) and that showed guts and not just to let it turn into a flogging like previous years.

But as much as you want to bag Carlton for getting towled up by the Hawks, you need to take a close look at the game.....Hawthorn turned it on in the last 10 minutes of the 1st quarter, that was were it was won and Carlton we even if not better for all other parts of the game, but then again we fileded a young side, we kept our backline on the pitch to learn and get experience which will only make them better.

Are you all coming out firing cause RFC beat a poor Melbourne outfit?? Wow, i was surprised when i heard RFC won, i guess Solarium decided to actually use his game plan?? I guess he could knowing no body else would be watching to steal tips....

And if you think Carlton have troubles...there was a nice article in the age a few days ago that must send shivers down Solariums back...the knives are out....

For the record as poor as Carlton were on Sat night, RFC were 5 times worse last week....

The first piece of spin is your assertion that none of us were hear after the game last week I was here, as were anumber of other Richmond posters and none of use used the piss poor have a life outside of BF excuse that some people use when they go missing after a belting.

Another piece of spin I am getting sick of is Carlton fans using the 'our youngsters came to the fore' line or 'we fielded a very young side' line, FFS Carlton have the youngest list in the comp with not one player aged over 28 so they have no option but to play kids. Stop making it sound like they have a plethora of older experienced players to come back in and bolster the line up they have 4 at best, Judd, Bentick, Ackland and Fisher.

Now onto the spin about the game itself, you can try and put all the spin on it you want about how they fought it out and showed guts and didn't let it turn into a flogging like previous years, wake up to yourself, the fact is the Hawks opened up a 10 goal gap in about 20 minutes of footy and then spent the rest of the game making sure their better players were not going to get hurt. They cruised through the second half and gave gametime to a number of their young kids who are trying to break into the side for the season proper. Meanwhile Carlton had their better players at the coalface trying their hardest to add some respectability to the scoreline.

As for gameplans let me just say how impressed I was with Carltons handball at all costs, never switch the play gameplan. Ratten is on a winner with that.

frankly my dear, i could not care less if i made "a fool of myself" to you, and your moddy mates.

Anyone who actually waste their time on these boards on a regular basis knows that the carlton mods are over-reacting & banning anyone who makes a remotely controversial remark.

Problem is ,RT, too many of your supporters where bagging the coaching staff as well as the playing group and being very negative saying that RFC is still shit and blah blah blah . Unfortunately , some of ours have displayed a similar attitude , though not near as bad .

Judd , Bentick , Fisher , Walker & Setanta . Ackland will struggle for game time this year.

Cant agree with this either as with the players I listed above , don't you think we would've had to have played a heap of lesser experienced players ? unless of course we suddenly have a plethora of players ! One kid in particular I like the look of is Ellard , did you see him and what was your oppinion ? Plus we also had players trying alternative positions and gave some of our young kids some valuable game time . Like it or not , we do have a lot of kids at Carlton , just some have minimum experience or none .

The hawks smashed us by switching play and being unattended whereas we were swamped when we got possession . Hopefully they learn a lot from that as it will be our downfall otherwise . Not too perturbed at this point in time just as you guys shouldn't be either , the season hasn't started yet .
