Djekurra - Exciting aboriginal capable of the impossible. Ultra-smooth goal kicking midfielder. Runs well, smoother than a 1980 civic (and they're quite good) QUOTE]

If this fella is the 1980 civic then role out the Bentley Continental because Terence Dixon is one big unit, who will go all day and burn the best of them off the mark. Stylish and silky skills with more innovation that Bill Gates this fella is going to set the APS on fire this year.

Geelong College have one of their best teams in ten years.
The boys cant wait to take on that undisciplined Moussi from St Kevins in the first round.

You would wanna hope its the best team you have had in the last 10 years. that would just make you slightly competitive, all the others have been absolutely ********house! But yer sounds like a top side this yr.

Cant wait for the undiscipline moose? so what, he can dominate again -arnt you sick of that by now? Moussi has stepped up, and wont be undiscipline this year, so try all you like down that path - we will just win the footy!

Watch out for Ben Bainse (MGS) has added 11kg to his light frame and has improved his running capacity 100%.

Big year for the big unit.

Most of the boys seem to be from the core yr 12 group,

Well mate, there will be about 8or 9 spots up for grabs this year because 4 yr 10's play last year. The yr11. boys have dominated there yr group for a while now.

Bartos, you seem to know a lot about scotch boys. Would you add D.Tolson to that list of potential 1sts players?

Yeah good spot up captain obvious. Just one of your fellow old boys who probably played in one of Scotch's teams who rated themselves a chance and achieved little. Good luck for 2005 scotchies.

Good luck for 2005 skevies! You'll need it... Even more luck than you needed to get into Xavier (which you didnt)

ahh good old scotchie, conceeding defeat then having to resort to the old not as good as xavier call. True that skevs and xaiver are the two only good schools in the aps i spose. but as we have the best V.C.E results, will be a top football side - have to wait and see about how high. i think we will stay at the BEST aps school thanx!

Keep dreaming about the skillful ratray and bulky ainger dominating and winning you most game, cause thats about as close to it youll probs get all yr.
quick question will geoerge ********, henry peters make the squad??

bartos I don't understand why you guys think that your football team is going to pull something out of the bag and have a good season, your last flag 1996 (st Kevin's 1997) so wouldn't criticize our performance over the last decade. You make it sound easy, even easier than taking daddy's position at the family firm? Inherited privilege must be tough, again scotch being a tough side.. hows that song go... scotchie ****ters have no _ _ _ _ _

Ainger is an overrated arrogant tool.

moussi was so undiciplined that he didn't make TAC cup this year

Well you implying that he is clearly good enough to make TAC cup, so thats a welcome addition to the SKC line up - considering he will be a discipline player this year. Every team needs the sorta player who can do the unthinkable, have a bit of flare!! and moussi is the best in the APS at playing that role.

Cody from Xavier, ********s all over anybody in the flare and unthinkable category. Also Jono Mecuri for Xavier has some very good flare in the forward pocket and maybe on the ball this year.

you have got to be kidding yourself milnedog. ainger is clearly not overrated, he would b a lynchpin in the foward line of any APS school. And arrogant? i don't know where you'd get that from, he's not arrogant he just shows his emotions on the footy field

yeh, beating you this year will be easy, as was beating you in the last 4 rugby grand finals. You can't beat scotch. Skevs are the biggest bunch of try hards. Nothing more. Can't win the rugby. Can't row. Can't play footy but continue to talk up no-hope players. Never ending comments about old boys. Rate too highly, the old boys cuz you have nothing else to celebrate about. even hang photos of all skevs who make it to the AFL in that dining hall on top of the footy rooms, as if st kevins is the only school that has contributed players to afl. New topic plz... Let us wait for round 7.

bartos said:
sorry mate i think you are thinking of moussi

just spoke to the man himself - moussi, he wants to know if this is James Barton and if it is he is not very happy...

Yeah st kevins are proud of old collegians, and make no apology for it. Unlike Scoth, Skevs boys are proud of where they went to school, Campbell Brown always distances himself from his days at scotch, which is only natural. Only the best aps players ever make afl, which clearly explains why scotch do not have as many as skc in the big time currently! As for scotch beating st kevins easy, Rd 7 will most likely proove otherwise.

St Kevins Old Boys and St Kevins First XVIII will no doubt both knock off scotch this year!!!

Rugby, Rowing - well dont really worry me, specially in a football forum!!

What is the goss, big names, suprise packets from other schools at the moment? Havnt heard anything about wesley, carey and caufield this yr??

Any other promising results in practise games?
