How many premiership will Carlton win by 2030?

I remember there was a pub on Lygon St. Carlton during the early 2000s called Mooseheads which had Dollar pots on a Tuesday night.

There's about as much chance of me draining another dollar pot on Lygon St this week as there is of the baggers winning a flag in the next decade.

Willing to put your house on that?

Should we just play in the NFL or NBA? Having to play a completely different sport would give our lads an appropriate challenge over the training sessions they have had the last couple of months.

That's just making it the NBA/NFL's problem. We shouldn't be about that.

We need to find a way to reduce the greatness of the Blues. Maybe if we give them a 100 point handicap per game?

This is probably a fair and just solution.

Completely torn apart in general play for an entire half by a side missing a 1000+ goal goalkicker, a number 1 draft pick full back, a top 5 tagger in the comp, & a pick 5 star wing. Swans just kicked themselves out of a 10 goal win.

Very lucky to get through to the semi finals and it will only go downhill from here - will miss out on Levi Ashcroft in 2024 when Brisbane match their pick 1 bid.

Its basically now a six team race to determine who will lose to Carlton on GF day.
Maybe Collingwood, Melbourne, Brisbane, Port, GWS and Saints should make a super team out of their best players just so Carlton can be somewhat challenged from here.

I was thinking a rule where for every goal Carlton kick we have to play with one less player on the ground.

Watching Patrick Cripps single handedly try to protect the inevitable 17 goal half time lead will at least offer some novelty factor, and might keep the final margin on grand final day to a more reasonable 20-odd goals.

A very lucky win tonight against a side missing
-a dual AA ruckman
-3rd leading goalkicker and best key forward
-6th leading goalkicker and best link-up player
-one of the most able swingmen in the game (premiership defender, kicked a bag of 6 a month ago)
-a former number 2 draft pick swingman (who I can only assume has learned all the tricks off the above)
-a premiership back pocket

Really dangerous times for Carlton. They think they’re at the top-up stage.
Watch for Crazy Vossy to recruit his old faves (Xav Clarke, Amon Buchanan, Andrew Raines, Brendan Fevola) and decimate this list again. Then the powerbrokers come in over the top and Mick Malthouse is installed as coach.

At least the 2026, 2027, 2028 number 1 draft picks will be able to cook something up.

We have not lost a legitimate game of football since mid June. St Kilda released a box set having done much less.

Two more wins and the first flag in the dynasty is ours.

There’s way too many trolls in this thread given how good we’ve been and how good we’re about to be for a very long time.

If you don’t like Carlton it’s going to be a tough decade.

You would go alright in Bay 13 if you didn’t follow North Melbourne.

8 wins in a row including multiple flavour of the month premiership favourites.

The age profile of Carlton's list is primed for premiership contention for the rest of this decade.

Elite key pillars on every line are signed up long-term. A midfield that matches any in the competition. The best key forward duo since Franklin & Roughead.

Significant list depth on display with repeat wins while missing 6 of the starting 18. Two coleman medallists. A brownlow medallist.

Not only is the premiership window open - the dynasty window is open.

Not really.
