Especially good if you crew are belting out a quality shanty.

Driving the countryside with K-Rose on full blast in San Andreas did it for me.


In terms of San Andreas, for me it was listening to Ice Cube's "Today Was a Good Day" while driving around not on a mission. Too bad you couldn't listen to the radio on a pushbike, that would have completed the experience for me.
 
Sartorl Marsh at night, probably the most calming environment I've experienced in a video game. Not to mention the music.

This entire game was filled with beautiful areas.
