There are a sh*t load of people cut from clubs in 2020 because of Covid cuts.

Logic says the best were kept and the marginals ones were cut. But there are always mistakes. Anyone know of candidates cut in 2020 and not picked up in 2021, but did something decent at state level in 2021?

Brett Hand was appointed Senior coach of Glenelg Football Club at the end of the 2020 season. Hand has plenty of AFL and coaching experience, having been involved with GWS, Northern Territory Institute of Sport AFL program and St Mary’s Football Club. He coached under 19s and reserves at Norwood before St Marys.

The Bays almost went through the minor round unbeaten but for some team loaded with AFL players and had a hiccup in their first final.

Definitely the whipping boy of the coaching ranks, not entirely sure if it was justified or not, most supporter calls on coaches are likely to be inaccurate guesses.

I'm not too sure about Campo, maybe I'm biased because of his fruit tingle connection.
On the plus side he did have their midfield operating well during his time there.
