Gave Djoker a taste of his own medicine. Brickwall vs Brickwall and Novak was the one to blink first. Medvedev is the form player on tour right now. Bit like John Rahm on the PGA Tour. Had a down year last year but is back to top 2-3 level of tennis/Golf.

His issue is that the next two slams he isn’t a chance. But I agree, the form player, he doesn’t look flashy, but you literally cannot get anything past him, it’s ridiculous. Still maintain Sinner would have beaten him if he was fresher in the Rotterdam final.
It’s 2am in Acapulco and ADM is looking like he’s going to take this to a third set. Unbelievable.

How many times is Rune able to use this excuse? Getting up there. Fitness is a large part of the sport. He’s young and his fitness will improve, but don’t discredit ADM because Rune lacks fitness.

Me? I’m hardly an ADM fan. I’m just pointing out that superior fitness is in itself a good quality, and Rune has some work to do.
