DJT getting rid of most of the Bush Republicans. Most of them are Democrats now.
Well the centre of politics I guess tends to be regarded either way depending on the current trends. For example it was common for moderate republicans to be labelled democrats in the last election because they didnt support the far right conservative rhetoric. Just like many of those who normally sit on the centre left were probably labelled republicans for not supporting the far leftist progress idiology. I for one would regard myself as a lefty in the past now see myself as dead centre these days.

I can't recall any case in recent memory reported in the news.
You gave me a UK article about transgender people in prisons, so not sure how this is relevant.
Happy to discuss the big issues, but unless I'm living under a rock, this is a very small issue.

where I as an adult male can not accompany my daughter.

It's not a risk as long as it's YOUR daughter. If it was his daughter or niece then it would be a major issue.
You have to understand how the Leftist mind works.
Its a good point, statistically its very low to the point of unlikely that anything bad happens to a child in a public bathroom. But its better to be safe than sorry. Even if it just stops one kid from being molested. I think you will find even most trans understand this too. Its only the extremist portions of the group who think they are entitled to be treated like women. Most just want to go about their daily lives quietly.
I dont think we should just brand this issue black and white political. there is a human element to it.
