I'm a huge fan of Whitey's, so when I say he will be a club champion by the end of his career there is a little bit of bias. Another 23 touches today and 5 rebound 50's, proves that he has what it takes. He did turn the ball over a couple of time, but it is only his 4th game and there were guys today who have played more than 100 games and turned it over as much if not more.
He has slotted into the backline like he has played there for years. Considering he played his first game in the backline in an under 18 game only 2 years ago, he is doing very well.

I never singled him out, the thread has singled out Whitecross in the praise for his disposal which against the Roo's was awesome, but today was sub par. The kid will be a gun, just his kick was down today.

He looks like a Xavier Ellis type, great foot skills, good lateral movement, lots of time. More speed than the X-Man though and maybe not quite as good in the packs.

Very impressive youngster. Immediately picked up the pace of AFL and always appears composed. Thrown to the wolves a bit given all the major outs in our back six.

Apart from Cyril, I can't think of a more impressive start by any one of our kids recently. A genuine threat for the Rising Star.
