Well after Dr Sonia Hood has done today is a great achievement I would the 1st to admit I didn’t think she could do it and thought this club was up the creek but I admit I was wrong .
So with that I hope our Chair women Dr Sonia Hood stays on for some time as for Good and Trainor stand aside and don’t challenge please for a board position even if there’s an election.
So yet again we’ll done Chairwoman Hood and hopefully this is the start of a new era at the NMFC and hopefully the rest of the board stand up with the executive,coaches,players and Supporters/Members including the Fair whether and start attending games next in Victoria and interstate.

I think they were trying to be opportunistic and now the opportunity has been quashed they have tucked tail.

Don’t worry I’m sure they will lurk in the shadows and wait for someone to slip up.

The problem is that some of these people have had their time and they need to step aside and let new blood take the club forward.

I said it in the Sonja thread. The thing that appeals to me about her leadership, is that she doesn’t seem to be in the role to advance her personal standing and is doing it for the club. The way some of these challengers go about it, makes you wonder if they are in it for the club or to advance themselves personally?

From my completely outsider prospective, it looked and felt like a group of powerbrokers who were deliberately kept in the dark.
They didn’t like it, and presumed the worst, rather then the obvious that the radio silence was a tacit which has since been proven successful..

What’s it tell us about the individuals involved.. don’t know but certainly tells us no leaks.
the board can now progress in the knowledge that it ain’t at board level anymore where club strategies are being leaked..
