You're lucky that we haven't brought Curnow and Walsh home for a couple of second rounders.Cats fans discrediting opposition players to indulge their dreams of getting every player ever for massive unders... Some things never change.
Either Dogs accept the deal (it’s not even a bad deal, this draft is deep)
2 decades of obscurity, you should’ve just got into agricultureYeah I'm sure all those pubs and farmland are totally within the rules

Believe it or not having to drive an hour to work is pretty common practice. Blake Acres lives down in Geelong but plays for Carlton without issue, SDK could still head off for a surf after work whether he lives in Geelong or Melbourne. So those two are lying?
He lives in Tourqay with his siblings and loves to surf, not to mention most of his mates play for the Cats
Why would he give that up to move to Carlton?
Carlton fans tried pushing it the other day and both Edmund and Twomey answered it on SEN this week.
Edmund said it’s rubbish and Twomey flat out said no.
The reason he’s not playing has nothing to do with form, he’s best 22 when fit and healthy.

SDK for Baz would be about right in terms of trade value pre knee. Think the Dogs would have to chuck in a sweetener to get a deal over the line involving those two though.
Like a month ago they all also said Trac is going to request a trade and he's 100% gone.Did you read what I said, Twomey and Edmund said it’s not happening.
That’s a pretty good sign that it’s not happening.
This thread is about Baz. Let’s not sidetrack it.

You'd turn down what you would consider 80c in the dollar, and instead lose him for absolutely nothing? If the deal you’re referring to is Cats first + f2 for Smith, no doubt Dogs knock that back and send him to the draft. It’s impossible to swallow such a terrible deal for our club sending one of our key assets to a premiership competitor. Also his manager is the same as JUH’s so if we accept peanuts it sets a precedent.
No doubt a deal will be done and we won’t get his full value, but Cats f+f1 have to be involved or the more likely scenario of Cats trading up to satisfy Power.
Geelong set the standard for what the bulldogs can expect to receive for Bailey Smith via the Tim Kelly trade. Two first rounders and two second rounders, now the bulldogs just need to ensure Geelong pays up.Yeah but TK was twice the player Bailey is. It's not a comparison. The equivalent is a first and second

Makes enormous sense to me

It's the principle + collateral damage
Why should the Bulldogs let Geelong pull down their pants in front of a national audience ?
They'd be better served by either
a) making Geelong pay what the Bulldogs want
or
b) miss out altogether and Bailey can join the party atmosphere that is Punt Road Oval!!!!!
Geelong obviously have an interest in him otherwise they would not be trying to court him over. So instead of trying to get a player for the price of a Dominoes pizza. They should pay a steeper price (granted I do think $30 pizzas are a bit rich ).

Fair point. His dad, Terry De Koning, actually played for the Bulldogs...So those two are lying?

Also getting abit sensitive about the sdk trade talk. Not funny when the shoes on the other foot it seemsFair point. His dad, Terry De Koning, actually played for the Bulldogs...
After this comment, I'm beginning to think you may not be the level headed, highly intelligent and incredibly on the ball List Manager you seem think you are
