Depends on if its explosive strength he gains with the mass it will help his speed and leap. Nic Nat still leaps over tall buildings and he's 20kg heavier.

Best of luck to Bassirou Faye and all that. I hope he succeeds. You need to question the recruiting approach though. Faye, Begg, Tohill, Keane, Wilson... it's a lotta eggs in one basket. On extreme long shots.
