so i havent played this game for about a month, so i went online today and i was struggling to find games, (operations) it seemed like it was dead.
So im guessing i have to buy the map packs? as thats were everyone is??

Well I bit the bullet and ordered myself the XIM4 using the sniper class with the controller is going to send me into a mental home.

Have had it with unbalanced Frontlines server.
WTF do people play the gamemode if they don't even know the basics.
The gamemode at it's best is a long drawn out arm wrestle, but then you get an unbalanced server where it's a complete rollover and then they never rebalance the ****ing teams.
One big change I would suggest it to swap the classes of the rocket gun and limpet and also give the mines to support as well. Make support the primary anti tank class and take away some of the OP'ness of the assault class. Support will be ****ing useless once they let ammo and gadgets recharge over time.

Agreed - I played one game of frontlines for 96 minutes the other night and it was glorious.

If frontlines goes longer than 30 mins it is terrible.
Everything that resembles cover is blown up and killwhore hang back snipers pick off everyone.

Nice, let us know how it goes. I was looking at these back when I was playing BF3 competitively on xbox 360.
Then next gen launched so I chose PC instead.

Not sure what it's like on PS4, but on XB1 there is no option to buy the DLC separately. You have to get the season pass.

Map voting sucks - all the pilots and campers are voting for Sinai and Empire's Edge. I used to be able to join a server knowing full what rotation of maps were coming up that I wanted to play, not anymore.
Kill trades and getting shot around walls is happening more often, kill trades especially. I think I had maybe one in the first 200 hours, have had about five since the last patch.
Game audio is still well below par of previous BF games. Now getting random gate opening sounds and voices of soldiers nowhere near me.
Getting random hit markers on my screen just prior to dying or even entering a vehicle.
It's still a dogs breakfast and no they won't get another $80 from me to persist through it.
I have the maps. Do I need to play the game to use them?
