They get 10 wickets to play with in those 7 overs. If anything it's too small.

It’s fair. You won’t get bowled out in 7 overs. Assuming 1 powerplay and 1 surge

Ridiculous how low the target score is. Run rate over 7.5 and for 7 overs they only up it to 9 an over. Should be at least a 0.25 increase in required run rate for every over lost.

Stars have been bowled out in 9 overs before. If any team could get bowled out in 7, it would be this one.
