Looked a game over and won but now we can enjoy another close one from the half way point.
Gades did not make much of the chase.

But this happens far too much in the BBL these days. Tail enders swinging without pressure always put on 30 more than there should have been.

If it happens regularly then your "should have" just needs to be recalibrated. I wouldn't say today's tailenders performance is something we "always" see. The crowd seemed pleasantly surprised.

But I get it, the way Scorchers are continually throwing away dominant positions must be frustrating. So it's better to pass it off as fluke after fluke.

seems like an odd decision to me.

Turner could have bowled spin himself as well, no guarantee that would have worked either but it couldn't have been any worse.
