A home crowd decision there, I thought Edwards broke the stumps before the ball hit, should have been not out.

It was line ball at best so the benefit of the doubt should go to the batsman.

The takeaway is that it's 2025 and the cameras/technology aren't up to scratch.

I think there's enough doubt to not give that, especially with real time replays.

The AFL provide close to 800 list spots. Cricket Australia can't reduce the opportunities otherwise young athletes won't risk playing cricket.

Easy way to fix that though. Either you’re available all season or a young kid gets a full contract. Players, especially imports, jumping in and out of the side is ridiculous.
