The best part of this is how well controlled it is - no chance of being judged a sling tackle as he keeps hold of the jumper and actually keeps his head from hitting the ground

I was about to post the question - some very good tackles in there, but worth it for a 6 possession game? I'm not so sure... I do think we need to get Carmichael into the side to bulk up our mids...

Was thinking this today, could he be a Tay Adams longer term replacement? Does he have an onball game to develop. Be a beast in there for sure.

He knows how to tackle and kick accurately... doesn't really know much else at this stage, he'd be a headless chook in the centre square.

Isn’t that what we brought Carmichael in for?

Longer term adding some other tools to the belt should definitely be in mccrreerys objectives. Not today though or any time soon
