So the entire reserve grade ran at him in timed intervals, and he laid them all out using just 2 fingers and his pony tail. This is totally believable from someone who trained up in the Chinese mountains with The Masters for 10 years.

Even as a Hawks fan, I can concur this has been a longstanding impression. He's really had to work hard to change his persona and his perfectionist tendencies. Make himself more empathetic. His autobiography makes interesting reading. I also watched him up close when he was playing particularly in Launceston. His interactions with fans were questionable (usually arrogant).

It’s simply staggering that any administrator would think that this is OK to do. And, equally so that the AFL needs to memo clubs regarding it. Indicates to me that it’s still happening, despite the nuclear failure and fallout at Adelaide. It says more about their competence as administrators than anything else. As someone who’s been involved in the medical care of players for 45 years at state league level, this is what happens when you have “High Performance” gurus (for want of a better word) in charge of medical. It’s a classic case of the tail wagging the dog. A Cert 4 from Sunshine TAFE doesn’t entitle you to delve into clinical territory. They’re not clinicians. Sooner the AFL curbs their influence in clubs the better.

I heard a rumour from my cousin recently. He said that he was waiting for a prescription at the Pharmacy when TimeFor17 walked in and bought a bulk pack of condoms, some antihistamines and asked where he could buy peanuts, hazelnuts or walnuts from. He said about 3 minutes later TimeFor17 sprinted back in scratching uncontrollably at his groin and bought an Epipen before sprinting out again. My cousin said when his prescription was ready he asked the Pharmacist what the deal was. "Oh you mean him? Not much, it's a common allergy." Replied the Pharmacist. "He's just ****ing nuts."
I work in finance. If a customer wants to take a bank to AFCA, it's an immediate $9k charge to the bank just to contest the complaint, regardless of whatever resolution occurs. Generally, unless it is absolutely black and white in the banks favour, the bank will settle if it is under that amount.
I'd imagine the Pies were in a similar situation with this grifter. He'd pull every card available to him and draw this process out, Aboriginal card, gay card, they/them card, etc etc. Give the clown a token amount to **** off and never be spoken of again

Not helped by Jeff Browne coming out saying they will fight and won't settle.
His exact words were "I'm not prepared to compromise the proceedings by paying any amount of money to make it go away"
