Just really hope Ratts receives enormous support from his family and friends and mental health services now (if needed), cause he has been lent such a cruel hand over these past 10 years, from being sacked from two different football clubs (while they were playing quite decently) but more importantly, losing his son from that car accident and having to grieve from that.

One can only imagine how stressed he must have been coaching at a professional football club while having to grieve over that traumatic event in the past and I hope he gets help and support from what has been a horrible time for the Ratten family in general.

Pretty much a completely stupid idea from St. Kilda though to sack their coach, even though he signed a 2 year extension this year alone, looks like they won’t be winning another premiership anytime soon it seems.

Not so much purely the drug culture, but the Dogs players are known for taking the piss and being a bit of a boys club. Dunkley wants to be a completely professional athlete and the Dogs players like to muck around & enjoy themselves (including recreationally which is definitely a part of it). That's not to say that they don't try or take footy seriously when it comes to training and game day, but Dunks takes himself/ his career very seriously. He'd have to be one of the few blokes that you could say has never touched illicit drugs in the AFL system and I would believe it without question. Linking up with Lachie Neale is a big reason why he wanted to move, as Neale is a complete pro aswell.
