Apparently one time Gary bought his sister a car for $20k odd and after a few months she sold that and bought gear too

Nathan was well looked after people in a southern NSW town called Balranald. Gary senior used to spend a lot of time hunting and fishing up there during his playing days and made many lifelong friends. Nathan even actually lived there for a little while and turned out for a couple of games with the local footy club
