Such high expectations going in but its literally the worst bookmaker experience I can remember. The old BetEzy would even have it comfortably covered which is as damning as you can get. Launch day delayed, terrible website, days to result bets, delayed withdrawing, zero customer service. If it didn't have some what reputable backing you would be too worried to even get involved with them

No contest - was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for 24-36 hours but we are almost a week in now and it is a complete and utter shambles.

Reputable as in they are being backed by big money names so less likely to go full SportsAlive or whatever it was called and just go under with punters money

Lots of issues with these guys failing to pay out on a few social media sites i am on with blokes posting winning bet slips for a fair bit like 5k plus but they are refusing to pay.

Stay clear IMO and they won’t be getting my money. Love to see if they honor the 100-1 big race payouts……. Most likely the pin will be pulled on them soon.

Yup this was just completely laughable

I got put through to an operator after about 2 hours and the bloke reckons they are completely understaffed and getting hammered. Not sure given the advertising and once in a blue moon promo offers they didn’t expect high demand

Especially on a top 3 punting weekend of the year being Everest/CC

Just saying the extra day or two to receive a bank withdrawal isn’t really something I’d be blasting them about

Yeah I agree they've obviously rushed to get it up and running for the spring carnival.

Not sure BetMakers technology is really ready for a large scale operation like this. I'm sure many of the issues could be fixed relatively quickly but the website itself is shite. These smaller bookies can get away with it but once the promos dry up I can't see there being any reason why anyone would bet with them over Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, Neds or TAB.

Beyond double your stake 2-5, what else do they have left that would incentivise someone t use them over the ones you mentioned?

All the above have bonus bet back offers for the Saturday races, all have better sport promos (even the very basic 3-leg SGM promo is non-existent on betr).

If you're a mug punters just wanting to have a dabble on the weekend and wanting to enjoy your winnings on a night out, what possible reason is there to use betr?
