I signed up to NEDS last night with BETJAM1000 and got the green tick for the code. I then deposited a $1000. I'm still waiting for the matched bonus bet. I'm in VIC btw. When I click on the bonus bet tab on my mobile, it shows me "Coupons" as 1, Bonus cash = 0, Meds Value = "coming soon". Then below it says available offers "1000 in bonus bets" with expiry 16/11/2017. Above is where you can put in a claim code, but BETJAM1000 doesn't work there. I guess I'll have to use chat or ring them. I'd like to not have to do that though. Xbox said above that it worked fine and got the bonus bets. I tried later the same day he posted. The "coming soon" is the mystery. Maybe I just need to wait a bit longer until they get to my account.

Call them, wait on hold for 45 minutes, and address your concerns with them. They should activate the free bets instantly, but only after you have to log out and sign in three times.

All his ID has to be verified obviously
If you login on the same IP as your own account you could find trouble
If the password is the same or similar to your own you could find trouble

they changed the code from BETJAM1000 to BETJAM1234 which is a deposit $617 start with $1234 - bonus takes a day if you use poly but automatic if you use credit card, i learn this the other day!

Thanks, revisited that forum and saw it used to be clause 5.1 (someone had provided an extract). Neds rep mentioned it would be removed and I just double checked and it appears that the t&cs have been updated to remove the limit.

Called NEDS today. Was only on hold for 13 minutes, and they fixed everything up (deposit bonus and one promo bonus I opted in on, but wasn't showing any bonus bets for). If anyone has "coming soon" on their bonus bets and showing at least 1 "bonus coupon", you should just ring them. They were super quick to fix it once the hold time was over. They use caller ID from your mobile to verify it's you and it speeds things up.

BTW, for the above post, I thought Hills (WilliamHill) was MB234 Caul R1-4 and R8. Don't forget that 4th place is money back too. For those 5 races, that's definitely the best deal it seems.

Man, those WillHill mother****ers. Got a phone call yesterday, deposit $50, $150 bonus as I hadn’t bet with them in over 12 months.
