Gee a lot of people on here complain a lot. No bookies really provide any mid week promos other than maybe Wednesdays. Not sure why people are expecting BETR to have promos on every single day on the races. Jesus christ. I'm sure the same promo will be back on this Saturday

Stating facts that they have come back in the offers and wouldnt surprise we wont see 2 venues 2-5 100 again . Lets hope they dont cut it , so we cash in again .
On what basis are you saying this? Literally the last 2 Saturdays they have had this offer.

Let's not pretend like they don't love the fact they are being smashed. Paying out 10x more than expected just means they have brought in 10x as many customers as they had expected

What? You think they'd be happy that Anamoe won? I doubt it. They rolled the dice with an absurd promo and came up with snake eyes. They'd be furious. Throw in the the terrible technical/customer service issues, if DL gets up at the Melbourne Cup I'd say they'll be on the brink.

Betr is owned by NewsCorp so the payout would be chump change to Uncle Rupert.

They wouldn't be bothered if it won or lost. It winning means they get a lot more positive press and punters with positive experiences meaning they are likely to return. Not a chance they will be on the brink lol. The technical issues are terrible but the promotional markets will have zero effect. They are backed by very deep pockets and they don't run these promotions on a whim with fingers crossed they lose

The payout was north of 10mill on Moe so ~50K punters were on. Those 50K all tell there mates what a stupid price they got and to join up so they can do the same thing for the Cup. Add the newscorp "editorials" on how punters cleaned on the CP and the Cup could be the same and their current base of 120K turns into 250K punters by Cup day.

Getting 250K punters to sign up to a betting start up within 2 weeks is marketing genius IF they can hold even 30% of them long term.

Tripp only wants 1 thing, to disrupt the market and force a major to buy him out in 2-3 yrs. The only metric that matters for that buyout is active customer base / turnover.

Their current customer acquisition cost is $210 and could have been -$10 if Anamoe didn't win. That's pretty good in such a competitive space, and plenty of the new customers are muppets who will give that back and then some. Don't cry for Betr, they'll be fine and they're here for a long time.
