The app or site you are using will generally tell you which markets go "in play".

Not sure something like that will be available though. Normally only the less exotic bets are.

And if you don't have a VPN you will need to phone in the bet and the minimum varies but might be around fifty bucks

It's always worth checking each site's betting rules for cricket too if looking to hedge, as a reduction in overs can mean very different things at different bookmakers. If the weather is fine (like tonight) then there's generally no problem but a reduction of just 1 over per side can screw up even the best laid plans.
