You know what it could be for a few websites, they might think that you're using your details to create & sell logins to people using them for promos. I got a call from UpCoz a couple months ago as a fraud check for that exact reason and had to jump through hoops just to find out why my withdrawals were taking time (although I did end up getting it no issue). They had mentioned how that was becoming more and more common, especially with uni students to get some quick money (and you being fresh 18 is that age bracket). Might not be why but might be

I wasn't making an argument for hedging promo markets, I was simply saying it's not 100% because bookies can and will ban people on promos, even if they're losing
No idea sorry but do they still send you text message offers for deposit offers regularly? I was getting atleast one a week and sometimes multiple for a couple months and then they stopped for the last month or so. I'm not promo banned though so hoping they've just cooled off on it

I'm promo banned at swift and they never asked me for any additional paperwork. All withdrawals were processed very quickly until I got banned

Yeah I've been fked over before with bets on reduced overs games. Whats funny is a lot of the smaller places will void your bet if it wins but will take your money if it doesnt. I had to contact one of the cookie cutter Betmaker sites to void my bet once as per their TOS as the match had been reduced by more than 2 overs, they counted it as a loss. Scum scum scum. Might have been Okebet.
