Stumbled accross this thread and found people talking about PuntGenie, there has been some mixed reviews but i thought i would add mine in case anyone finds it of help. I signed up to PuntGenie and fully verified my account close to when they opened and deposited $300 for a 50% deposit match. I lost the bonus cash then chucked the $300 on an NRL game with the Roosters H2H @$3 which ended up winning. I was going overseas in 3 weeks of when this happened for over a month so thought i better withdraw my money. This is where the problems started. They then promo banned me and requested a bank statement, more ID verification and utility bills etc... Usually i wouldn't send them and threaten to taken action further as they have no probable cause to ask me for them when withdrawing, however due to going overseas i just wanted to get it done with so send over everything they required straight away. They then ignored my emails for 3 days and in fact closed my account so i couldn't contact them through live chat, even logged out trying to contact them would not work as they would ask my name and then ignore my chats. Then began a constant email chain of them asking for my documents that i send originally claiming that they don't have them then me sending the documents again and them ignoring me, if i was to count i would say there is about 20 emails back and forth of me sending my documents and them claiming they haven't received them. It then escalated to the day before i was supposed to go on holiday (they withheld my money for about 20 days at this point) when i had drafted a complaint to the liquor and gaming commission and said i would send it if they money is not in my bank account by 9am the next moring. Somehow they had magically received all my statements and etc. now as the money was finally paid to me when i threatened further action. Do NOT bet with PuntGenie.
Oh wow I wouldn't have bothered signing up if i'd known they'd done this, I've read about bookies doing it but so far had been lucky enough not to have it happen myself. Maybe they were genuinely short on the cash to pay you back, seems absurd but hard to explain why they'd go to those lengths.
Hopefully they've stopped that shit now though, my experience with them was 10/10.

new mob formed from all those other scummy ones : think actionbet, bbet, and a couple others. could be wrong on exactly which ones pretty sure its BBet.
They took over bbet. I've had to contact them to get my bbet funds back and still waiting even though it's been a couple weeks. From the emails they've sent they're planning to just refund my money rather than move it to betdeck.

Yep if you promo banned from one of their brands they will instantly cut you if you sign up to another one of their brands.
Luckily i'm not, have gotten 2 50% offers now from noisy. Their odds are halfway between betcloud levels of terrible and just normal bookie, but decent enough promos so yeah i dont mind noisy.
