Ye they kept sending me deposit offers but the app didn't work. They kept saying it was fixed and never was. Not a very well run ship. I'm sure you will get your money, I just think it's run by some 90 year old turf accountants, tring to get into the online game.
Had the exact same problem. Second email I sent to them I mentioned taking them to the commission and had a reply within 5 minutes saying he'd processed it and would be in my bank account within 24 hours (it was).

I tried to withdraw 4k that I had won six days ago and it's still showing as pending and they're not responding to any of the emails I've sent to them in the last 4 days. Prior to this, they would respond to my emails within an hour Of sending them. Now, nothing. Do you suggest I just wait it out and that they'll pay out eventually or should I do something else? I'm relatively new to online betting and don't have any experience with a situation like this.
I tried to withdraw 4 k with them last week and they're essentially ghosting me at the moment with no responses to my messages. Do you suggest I keep waiting or should I try bringing up the same thing you did regarding commission. I'm fairly new to betting in general and have no clue how to handle this.

Industry conditions are becoming such that this sort of thing is happening more and more sadly.
Would suggest threatening taking them to their governing body. If the NTRC... (https://nt.gov.au/industry/gambling/gambling/complain-about-a-bookmaker-or-betting-exchange-operator) And if you don't receive a response then submitting a complaint. I'm not actually sure who the governing body is for BudgetBet, it's a bit hard to tell.
I myself received the money 2 days after my first email and 12 days after the withdrawal request but have a fairly long history with these clowns.
The chances that this has something to do with a 'new system' are unlikely imo and you are right to be concerned.

Yeah as said above, drop in a mention of going to the WA commission if you don’t get the money by a certain date.
Be polite but firm.
Thankfully it’s not a unique position you find yourself in with them, and there’s been success sorting it out.
Of course, if they still don’t pay up, go to the commission ASAP.

Use a 2-leg multi, $1.05 and $5.00 eg. cover the last for conversion. That is what I have been doing.

haha i lost $80 worth of bonus bet profits because I had to make a multi and my $1.10 odd leg lost, great strategy. also first time ever got promo banned but they did not notify me
They have some decent offers and deposit matches. Bet returns etc. Also fast withdrawal. They are a lot better than most.
Lol that's unlucky, I break my bonus bets down smaller to avoid this occuring.
I think I asked them in chat, if they don't give you one then wait it out.
