Should always read the T&C's but they're pretty standard clauses among the betmaker sites, usually with a smaller max winnings.

You should get paid within a few days to a week I'd imagine, if it keeps dragging then threaten to email their state commission and also post on social media, forums etc.

They are most likely stalling to get through the wknd or to late next week. Then they should be cashed up.
