Cheers. I will sign up with them over the weekend just to confirm to others. I am also from Vic. If NEDS is the same CEO Ladbrokes used to have then touchwood it also has a user friendly interface (simply to use website). One thing I love about Ladbrokes/Bookmaker is the ease of use. A big knock on William Hill and Crownbet for me is the interface - there is a lag. It is frustrating. Unibet is ok, and luxbet is also ok, but Ladbrokes is a league ahead in terms of simplicity.

It's a nice clean site, I don't bet much on racing but they have some interesting features I haven't seen on a bookmakers site before. The TopBetta site would have to be one of shittier user experiences going around.
Neds update
Tried to join last night but website was fried, eventually came back up and joined with the RACENET808 offer which worked fine despite NSW address so seems OK in restricted states. $500 offer for 100% match or $808 for 50% match.
There are problems with POLI deposits not hitting immediately atm despite their website saying they will. Apparently they land at 8.00am the next morning. Mine hasnt hit yet but will confirm when it does. Called up and they must have been able to see the deposit at their end as he knew the amount and activated the deposit bonus immediately. Deposit bonus splits into 5 equal parts.
Not sure if they are joining Dynamic, not there as yet. One thing to be careful of is a promo T&C saying you can't win more than 1K with any bonus offer. I called up and asked given 1K is pretty tight for an $808 bonus and they said it hasn't been enforced for the deposit offer and won't be, not designed for that. So whilst that was recorded it's worth keeping in mind.
Other promos currently on the site are racing based and fairly small, here's the list:
$20 cash refund on R1 Flemington if you back a horse and it loses
$20 cash refund on Menangle R1 if you back a horse and it loses
$50 place bet matching win bet stake on Spring Champion at odds available when bet is placed. So basically a win bet turns into an each way.
There's the standard sports and racing markets including Aus and International racing. Website seems clean enough. ID is a bit annoying through Equifax

My Poli went in straight away, but after a couple of hours no bonus bet, I called them and they sorted it out no drama.

Yep bizarre.
Went through fine with DL and MC card, came up saying successful then hit continue and takes you to Equifax page. Called Equifax who said go away, not us.
Called Neds back and they just confirmed the ID is still in their queue waiting to be verified due to backlog. So it looks like it's failed but is really just waiting to be updated.
Being promo banned at Ladbrokes shouldn't make any difference

It seems to be a constant similar feedback. I don’t know why companies continue to go early with their product. Palmerbet was the same. I got there early and everything about it was disgraceful. I’ve never gone back and never will.
People lose interest unless it’s up to scratch immediately. All I’ve heard about Neds is the same. People don’t have patience for teething problems when there’s 10+ other options to bet with.

Ned’s is actually legitimately horrible. Email link or live chat do t work and it freezes every second
They've def gone too early without sufficient Beta testing, plenty of stuff having to call up for to get it done. Phone staff have been pretty helpful but I imagine they're facing a challenge to sort out all the major issues before Sat to avoid another blowout

I deposited $500 for the matched bonus and the website ran better then I expected with the bonus being instant. There contact us is horrible though with email and live chat not up. Direct messaging them on twitter works well. What’s the process for verification on cards so you can withdraw?
