I just saw this on 360. Can't believe Richardson is this narrow minded. I've posted a link from last season that all Crows remember with anger.

In particular the stats from 1 umpire in particular should be directed to Richardson the next time he wants to grandstand.

The facts are umpires can be (and are) swayed by the crowd but this is not exclusively a Western Australian issue. Did Don Pyke complain about that terrible holding the ball decision against Mackay on Saturday?

If Richardson wants to make these statements he needs to look at the whole picture. The disappointing part of this is that he has been around the traps (Collingwood, Port and Saints among others) and would be aware that this is a problem that affects every club at every interstate venue.

It is not an exclusive issue that only affects the Victorian clubs.

Staying up to watch Footy calcified, against my better judgment. So far the free kick count hasn't come up. In fact we haven't come up at all. It's only 45 minutes in I suppose, and they seem far more interested in the teams that are 0-2 than the ones that are 2-0.

Richardson came across as a sad old whiner. Scott tried to inject some intelligent adult balance but the three stooges held sway.

Richardson will be a good interview after they are thrashed in Sydney and Adelaide. poor little VFL looser. the world has left him behind. Bit like the VFL not being able to come with a night GF

All had replays of every game except ours. Like not even 1 minute to say Eagles are doing well, yet they harp on about Freo at the bottom, which I don't personally mind too much, but c'mon.

It wasnt much, but Access All Areas did show footage of our game, and talked about Kennedy's last quarter heroics. And they didnt even focus on the free kick count (which really is a non story).

In 5 out of 7 matches (since 2005) against the Saints at Ethihad, we won the free kick count by similar margins as ones we get at home. They had a higher number of free kicks only once (2006) and it was 15 - 15 in 2007. Saints (and the media) should focus on what they are doing wrong rather whine about hometown umpiring and home crowds.

Everyone just assumed he literally meant that Obama had personally set up a wiretap, and ran with the story because it sounds funny and it's cool to beat up on trump.

The issue isn't the wiretap (which is perfectly legal if you are surveilling the other end only i.e. Russians, anything picked up on the other side is incidental). What is suspect is the possibility that this information was knowingly given to the press by an Obama admin insider which is highly illegal under the secrecy act.
