Note if biased or incompetent but thought Yeo deserved a start in this weeks Team of the Rnd?

I’m not a huge fantasy person but at one stage I saw him have like 111 fantasy points very early in the 4th. Then his score went down a bit due to few consecutive changers. I’m assuming clingers impact a lot in the player rankings?

Damn those changers and clingers :p

Here it comes, the east coast "Lecras got lucky" narrative.

Expecting Robbo to go off on 360 tonight.
Read the article earlier. Didn't get that at all. Got the feeling the author was glad the bump is back...
Old MRP : injured player = suspension.
New MRP : injured player = can sometimes be an accident, its a tough game, sometimes you get hurt and should not punish accidents.

Not even a month has passed since Robert Walls predicted West Coast would finish last in 2018. If he picks up the newspaper tomorrow morning and tips the ladder upside down, he’ll find his prediction is tracking well

AFL website has a game preview for our game this week, written by a self confessed “passionate” Carlton supporter. Let’s dive in.

THE SIX POINTS

1. When these clubs clashed late last season, scores were level at three-quarter time before the Eagles kicked five goals to three in the final term. Josh Kennedy was the star of the night, kicking six goals.

2. West Coast is the highest scoring team this season, kicking 66 goals and averaging 110 points a game. Carlton is third last for scoring, averaging only 67 points.

3. West Coast has dominated Carlton recently, winning the past three games and six of the last eight. The Eagles have not defeated the Blues in four consecutive contests since 2004-07.

4. The Eagles have kicked the ball more this season than any other team, averaging 238.5 a game. The Blues are ranked 14th with an average of 209.5.

5. This is a rare MCG clash between the clubs. Carlton won a final at the venue in 1999 before West Coast won a close one in 2016. West Coast has lost its past three games at the MCG and five of the past six.

6. Dual All Australian defender Jeremy McGovern is the second-ranked key defender in the Schick AFL Player Ratings behind Richmond's Alex Rance. The Eagle is 38th overall with a total of 469.1 points. The top Blue in this category is Lachie Plowman (No. 212 overall on 310.5 points).

PREDICTION: Carlton by one point

"No AFL teams are currently playing two specialist ruckmen at the same time — indeed some have even relied on just pinch-hitters from time to time — meaning second tier competitions are more littered than they ever have been with quality big men who can’t oust first choice teammates in senior sides."

I think he meant to say VFL teams, they haven’t realised the game went national

The lack of research in that article is staggering. Surely Lycett would be their primary target as he is a free agent and south australian.
