According to Caro, our finals record under Adam Simpson is dismal. He's at 50% (3/6)- Same as Hardwick (3/6), Scott (4/8), better than Cameron (2/5), similar to John Longmire (10/19). Nobody touches Clarkson, (66%), but to say he's dismal is a bit far.

Pathetic.

Beat eventual premiers one year.

The only game I can think of that we lost as favorites was against the Bulldogs, and they ended up winning the Premiership, so hardly embarrassing.

So a club that hasn't played any finals in 12 years is going to win 4 finals in a row, including an interstate final. 3 against higher ranked clubs. And beat 2 teams that have had an extra week off in the process.

Hey it might happen, but it's not a very educated prediction. But Walls does have a great track record of getting things wrong.
