They succeeded in the yes/no challenge but Ben tasted a bit of Ray's meal, which is a breach of the rules, which gives them a 4th fail.

BB is tricking the HM with the idea there's a 2nd house, and now that they've let the "secret" out, they've made them believe that they have to compete against house 2, and whichever house wins gets to stay in BB. But doesn't matter because house 2 is made up with fake actors, so even if house 2 wins,nothing happens.
