If his name was Angelo and he was an Italian manager I'd be more inclined to be wanting him gone.

Im just stating my view of where I see the next 3 months going with results, tactics, personnel, Levy will act sooner rather than later is my guess

I just think it's absolutely crazy to not see what they add in January and maybe let him play Romero, VDV, Davies, Odobert, Moore, Richarlison and Vicario and not think shit maybe the team might improve with those guys

I've heard that he was a big part in selecting Romero and VDV for their reinjury. So he can't use them being out as an excuse

Why are people acting as if Levy and Lange will make a stupid decision, and sack the manager rather than replace players.

After 18 games last season, with a similar squad, probably a slightly worse one tbh. We were 36 from 18 games. Or 2ppg.

We are 23 from 18 this season.
The issue here is we are Aussies and are looking at it from biased lenses. The UK Spurs fanbase has no such bias and are rightfully starting to waiver on Ange as head coach.

23 points after 18 I'd abysmal and simply unacceptable.

The bit that's odd and is possibly the dumbness of Ange game management and the young squad

We have scored and conceded 2 more goals than this stage last year. But have 13 less points

If you sign off on a squad with 3 centre backs and then you play a big part in 2 of them being injured.

Injury excuses to those centre backs is a mute point
Yeah mate, I'm sure Ange was offered 6 world class centre backs and said no thanks, I want Gray to play there.
He's said multiple times the decisions he's been a part of he has done with the long term interests of the club not his short term safety. Sacking him doesn't change the ages of Odobert, Moore, Gray, Vuskovic, Korean Kid, Bergvall etc.

But yeah I'm sure the medical staff said Romero and VDV aren't available and ange said **** that they are playing.

He factually would say can I pick them and the medical staff would have said yes or no. He's not a doctor of course he wants them to play

He took the risk, he either reaps the rewards or pays the consequences.

Of all his decisions

Likely to be 12th or below after playing every other team.

Not sure he'll survive that. Or can feel too unjustly dealt with. 6th highest wage bill in the league, should finish 4-8th

That makes 0 sense. The risk it told to him by the medical staff, if the medical staff say VDV can play and was a 50/50 chance of being injured that's on the medical staff and the exact reason why they are being reviewed again. The exact reason why Richarlison and Odobert have re occuring injuries that they never had before being at Tottenham

Another flawed argument. Ange doesn't pay the players the director of football does and he's paying too much money for a shit squad

Coach has final say on selection

Risk and reward was played out, and with job on the line or under pressure he took the risk. He's now without them for ages and by the time they are back he'll likely be back in Oz

Go on, we sack Ange like we do all the other times.

Name me a manager that is going to do any better with the current squad available?

Because there is non.
Look at the table last season to now, the rest of the league improved, spurs invested in one senior squad member. It's pure arrogance to assume spurs should be top 6.

It doesn't matter really. We'll always be a 4th to 8th club regardless of owner or coach.

Never suggested our squad would be top 6.

And you didn't answer the question.
Lol no I'm on your side, old mate above suggested spurs should be near the top. I've been steadfast saying it's not a good squad and Anges project isn't even halfway complete, sacking him to try and get a couple of wins now would just set spurs back further.

One that gets us top half will be an improvement

Aim should be top 6 with a cup run. At a stretch top half and win a cup.

On track for a cup run and a 10-15th spot.

Is it 1996 again?

Said it last year, Ange is just Martin Jol with an aussie accent.

Fun games. At times good results. But utterly predictable with the ease at which we drop points

For many, their sackings will feel harsh.

And in the short term there might be some pain. But post Jol we grew with Redknapp, grew some more with AVB, grew massively with Poch. Then changed our approach massively with Nuno, Mourinho and Conte.

As long we keep to our approach of an attacking manager next appointment, I can't see us getting worse. Tbh only thing worse than ange the last 25 games would be actual relegation. 29 points from 25 games
