I must ask... why does your signature say that the Hawks will be triple premiers in '07, '08 and '09 yet you have them at 11th in your prediction for next season?

West Coast - too good, still young
Sydney - one more year then dropping
Adelaide - whatever
St. Kilda - new coach
Fremantle - trades and drafting important
Melbourne - what are they missing?
Western Bulldogs - one more year then serious contenders
Port Adelaide - smokey

Collingwood - doing Richmond a favour :thumbsu:
Richmond - need quality tall defenders
Hawthorn - still young still improving
Geelong - attitude problem
Brisbane - lost a lot of quality players
Essendon - might go higher
Kangaroos - it's time to go Laid...
Carlton - one more then youngsters need to show something

OUT: St.Kilda, Collingwood

All right, I'll have a go. Pre fixture...

1 - West Coast (Huge chance for Premiership again)
2 - Sydney (Try and keep them down)
3 - St.KIlda (New coach will bring a new gameplan, expect to see some surprises from them. Only a decent ruckmen and some midfield depth can stop them)
4 - Bulldogs (Top four and huge improvement from the exciting doggies)
5 - Melbourne (Still have plenty of potential. Need to work on good form later in the season though)
6 - Adelaide (Cracks begin to show but they can be covered. Wouldn't be surprised to see them higher)
7 - Fremantle (Could p[ossibly finish top 4 again though)
8 - Richmond (At last they make the eight.)
9 - Geelong (I'm not being fooled by their eagerness to make up for a bad 06, but they could surprise... also pretty tough)
10 - Collingwood (Good list, not great, discipline off-field will be better next year and will increase team morale.)
11 - Hawthorn (Good young list, but it would be a surprise to see them finish in the finals)
12 - Carlton (Surprising yes, to see them so high but I can't see them struggling again. Now begins the climb... they'll be in the eight in a few years.)
13 - Port Adelaide (dramatic collapse n two years after their premiership but they have work to do before they ahve another finals stint.
14 - Essendon (should keep off the bottom, but not expecting too big things from them)
15 - Brisbane (J. Brown mis only one man, even if he is a really good one, need to rebuild)
16 - Kangaroos (also in rebuilding mode, anyone of the bottom three could finish here, roos most likely)

IN - Richmond
OUT - Collingwood

Kangaroos

Big Improvers:
W.Bulldogs, will only lose 5 games
Hawthorn to make the 8 on percentage to geelong and Richmond

Disapointments:
Richmond, Too many injuries late in the year, after a good start
Kangaroos, only the 2 wins, the list is gettin worse

Finals
W.Bulldogs to beat the Saints in a record crowd between the two sides.
Fremantle to beat West Coast in another record crowd in perth

Hawthorn will get up in sydney in a shock, which saw the two teams draw earlier in the year at the same venue

Melbourne easily on Adelaide

Semis.

StKilda V Hawthorn Too be a classic game at the Telstra Dome, Hawthorn stuck with, unitl the saints blow away in the final term

West Coast V Melbourne
WestCoast show melbourne what they showed the bulldogs this time last year.

Premlims.

WBulldogs V W.Coast
in a high scoring game the dogs newly look forward side has just looked strong all year, with johnno kicked 6 and Akka with 5, the dogs will get up for 4 goals

Fremantle V Stkilda
At Subuico the crowd did help the dockers there earlier in the year to a defeat, but with a blazing start by the saints the crowd will be stunned to see them go down by over 9 goals.

Grand Final
W.Bulldogs Vs Stkilda

In the best grand final ever, fast flowing running game.. a very even battle which will see the dogs down by 5 points, until akka takes a mark 45 meters out on the boundary after the siren, too sink it and give the doggies a 1 point win..

LOL, as much as I'd love to see a Bulldogs/St.Kilda grand final next year, it ain't gonna happen.... and for more romantic reasons i think it would be best if Grant kicked the winning goal.... if I had a choice, it'd be Harvey!

i love you mate.

1 - West Coast - Distinct home ground advantage, powerful midfield.
2 - Western Bulldogs - With Murphy, Darcy and co. back into the side they should be able to push top 4 and I think they'll get there.
3 - Sydney - Will be deja vu again in the home and away season but who knows how far they can go in the finals.
4 - St Kilda - Will be around the mark but fall short yet again.
5 - Geelong - Big 'improvers' (although they should never have been out of the finals).
6 - Fremantle - Should play finals but can't see them backing up their 2006 season by finishing top 4 again.
7 - Melbourne - Should win enough games to play finals, especially at the 'G. Can't see them as a serious threat though.
8 - Port Adelaide - Perhaps a little bias but with Tredrea and Burgoyne back, there's still the nucleus of a premiership side. Combine this with a group of good young players and we could just sneak into finals action.
------
9 - Hawthorn - Will further improve but still a year away from finals.
10 - Adelaide - Ageing list and their gameplan has been found out. Coach is a tad fraudulent.
11 - Collingwood - Old and slow midfield but with 18 games at the 'G should win 10 or so games.
12 - Essendon - With Lloyd back they should win a few more games. Unlucky not to win 3 or 4 more in 2006, on the wrong side of a lot of close games.
13 - Richmond - KPP's a huge concern, too reliant on Richo.
14 - Carlton - Gradually improving but won't see the fruits of their long rebuild for another 2-3 years yet.
15 - Brisbane Lions - In huge trouble, losing too many quality players far too quickly. Some young talent to work with but it'll take time.
16 - Kangaroos - List very thin on talent after trading away picks year after year and drafting duds with every other pick. Long term rebuild imminent.

1. Adelaide (Bad luck with injuries in '06)
2. West Coast (obvious reasons)
3. Western Bulldogs (Will go further, barring injuries like last year. Now with Aker)
4. Fremantle (Will not better last year's result)
5. Melbourne (Could come anywhere really)
6. Sydney (Luck with injuries should run out)
7. Geelong (Ottens needs to step up, no form drops)
8. Port Adelaide (Best emerging list in the competition)

9. Hawthorn (Great young players; Grant Birchall)
10. St. Kilda (Their time has come and gone)
11. Richmond (Slowly building up)
12. Collingwood (Last year was a total fluke, list is too old and slow)
13. Brisbane (List is developing, now without Voss, and Michael)
14. Kangaroos (Don't look like doing much)
15. Essendon (Need Lloyd, Lucas and Hird to fire big time if they're to have any hope)
16. Carlton (Wooden spooners for the next 5 years)
