**** when you put it like that you really do realise Elmer is living the dream. Maybe you should find an outlet like PS5 so you stop melting so much.
You're so right m7 he sure is, he's never worked a day in life, he gets up about noon most days then plays Ps5 video games between posting his inane drivel and abusing ppl on chat forums all day. Then during the footy season on game days he gets plastered and attends strip shows and then in the off season he manages to fit in the NBA and watches his Celoltics and Hearts soccer team play. He's bloody living the dream alright, damn I'm so jelly of him dude he's such a legend.

Bolton is/was a shite coach and Tuohy is weak as piss. News at 11.

Earning more money and getting a better shot at winning a Premiership is weak?
They low-balled him, tried to put him on a bullshit contract that severely underpaid him for his value.

He had every right to tell them to Go **** themselves, he got the last laugh :trophy:....no one cares about Bolton

Irish Legend right here!

Nice melt :$

Are you plastered for these types of posts or do you do it sober?

I see Jack Martin has signed with Geelong. Fred makes sense now, OP is melting about taking all our rejects.

Carlton thought they had appointed the next Clarko with Bolton but he was just a poor man's Clarko with small man's syndrome.

It's like them appointing Vossy thinking that he would be the next Rossy but he is just a poor man's Ross Lyon, CarLOLton indeed.
Does Chris Fagan also have small man’s syndrome, or is he just a premiership winning coach? 😎

I heard Arnotts and Weston’s have applied for marketing deals at the Saints for next year.

Bolts should know that sometimes you have to risk it for the biscuit 😎

WTF you sound like you're his mum. If you're not happy pack his shit up and send him to live with his dad. Bloody giving him everything he wanted and breastfeeding him until he went to high school was never going to work. Put your big girl pants on and accept the facts it's all your fault

Didn't you take our reject Fogarty? And Billie Smedts? LOL
Apparently you are interest in Fantas Pants Rohan, wonder if you'll call him a reject too? <3

You mean the one where nearly 3/4 of the team were drafted and developed by Geelong? Majority outside the first round too.
That Premiership team? LOL

16 players of 23 total were drafted by the Cats in that Premiership side.

This was fun :D

And yet Smith, Dangerfield and Stengle did more than those 16 players combined!

SDK kept Buddy Franklin to 5 disposals and 0 goals. Completely shut out one of the greatest forwards ever.
Duncan had the same number of disposals as Dangerfield, Selwood and Blicavs only a disposal or 2 behind them and Blics had most tackles for any Cats player. Hawkins kicked 3 and kicked first two goals of the game out of the ruck and basically set the tone for the day. Was instrumental to Cats going on a huge run early, Brad Close had the most 1%ers for the day and was causing havoc all around the forward 50.

You could also say that Jezza was one of the quietest players on the ground and he was a highly prized recruit. Barely touched the ball until the 4th quarter. Rohan was a non factor.

We could nitpick stats and numbers all day if we wanted to.

I think we can all agree that the Swans shat the bed again on the big stage.

I think we can all agree that the Swans shat the bed again on the big stage.

I think the Cats were the best team in 2022 by a long way hence the 15-0 run they had been on at that point and the Swans youngsters were overawed by the spectacle of the day, the Cats pressure from the first bounce, the travel after an extremely intense Prelim.

Lots of factors that day. Lots of Cats players going for their last true genuine shot at a Flag.
Selwood wanted one on the way out as Captain, Hawk wanted to cap off his career with another, Danger had always been soo close but never there.
Mitch Duncan basically got the Cam Mooney role in 2011 Premiership and only played half a game so I am sure he wanted one desperately as a key contributor, Stanley and Rohan were cast offs from their old clubs and were constantly bagged by the media that they wanted to shut them up, 2E had found new life as a Cat and wanted to cement his status as one of the Irish GOAT's and prove moving clubs was a great decision. Smith had always been soo close to winning a Norm at the Hawks, he wasn't gonna let anyone beat him out that day.

It's never just one thing, everything has to go right to win it all.

But back on point, it shows the difference it can make having a good coach that empowers his players (Scotty) to a coach that only focused on footy and didn't cultivate relationships to get the best out of his guys (Bolton)
